This book is listed as a preschool book for ages 4 to 8. I was very excited to get an age-appropriate book to read to my preschool classroom for Black History Month. This book is actually for elementary school children. Perhaps they meant 4th grade to 8th grade? It's completely useless for my needs, and, in case you didn't notice, is from 1984. Darn thing is almost as old as I am. What a waste of money.
